Roof waterproofing

The terrace is one of the weakest points to winter humidity or overheating in the summer because of the constant exposure to atmospheric agents. The waterproofing applied to the gardens respects the technical conditions by relying on the climatic factors due to the area where we constructed. Application of the synthetic membrane system, prefabricated details, coated metal sheets, and supporting materials realize the necessary bond with the underground waterproofing and thermal insulation of the facade. The waterproofing package is applied horizontally and vertically across the perimeter of these spaces by creating the necessary barrier to the atmospheric agents.
